Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Procurement team to facilitate the procurement process, including raising quotations, analyzing quotations, and preparing tender and procurement documents.
• Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing, and track orders.
• Facilitate documentation delivery, obtain necessary signatures, scan, copy, and archive procurement documents efficiently, ensuring organized and accessible records
• Support stock, inventory, and asset management, including counting and reporting.
• Expedite the delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams
• Assist in preparing purchase orders within the company's ERP systems and track order progress, supplier performance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or University Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is preferable. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Less than a year of experience or recent graduate
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Capability to work independently and proactively contribute to team objectives.

Terms:

• 5 days working week, from 09:00 to 18:00
• Workplace: 32, Salyan Hwy, Baku;
• Internship will be paid;
• Lunch is provided by the company.
