Location: Baku, Alasgar Gayibov Street

Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee the daily operations of the padel center;
• Ensure the efficient and uninterrupted functioning of all center processes;
• Coordinate the work of reception staff, the cleaning supervisor, and other administrative personnel;
• Prepare employee work schedules and monitor their implementation;
• Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction;
• Promptly review and resolve customer inquiries, suggestions, and complaints;
• Monitor cleanliness, order, and compliance with service standards throughout the center;
• Ensure courts, equipment, and common areas are maintained in proper working conditions;
• Oversee booking, sales, and payment processes;
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management;
• Participate in organizing events, tournaments, and special projects held at the center;
• Carry out other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree;
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, Service Manager, or in a similar role;
• Experience managing and leading teams;
• Strong organizational and coordination skills;
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills;
• Responsible, proactive, and results-driven approach;
• Systematic problem-solving abilities;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.

• Work schedule: 6 days per week;
• Salary: 1,500 AZN + bonuses;
