Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, deliveries)
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist tenants and guests with inquiries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office services
- Support administrative tasks and office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
