HR Lead (Projects, HR Governance and Reporting)

We are looking for a skilled, proactive and result oriented HR Lead to join Corporate Center HR team. Reporting directly to the Head of HR Department, the HR Lead will play a crucial role in driving key HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in different areas of HR, a deep understanding of HR best practices, experience in implementation of new HR projects and initiatives, and designing of HR Governance. Job description:

  • Strategic Support: Partner with the Head of HR to develop the HR operational plan and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Project Management: Maintain implementation of HR projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
  • HR Governance Framework: Partner with the Head of HR to develop HR Governance Framework to streamline HR processes and ensure continuous improvement. Maintain a regular revision and update of HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key HR metrics, provide data-driven insights to support key decisions, track HR performance, and identify trends. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Talent Management & Development: Partner with the Head of HR to oversee talent management activities, including talent review process, succession planning, career architecture, development programs to ensure the talent strategy supports long-term growth and retention
  • Employee Engagement & Well-being: Lead the execution of Employee engagement and Organizational Health Index (OHI) Surveys in the Corporate Center. Partner with Head of Department to analyze results and create targeted initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively execute HR initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
  • Employee Support & Communication: Act as a trusted HR advisor, facilitating clear and effective communication with employees, addressing their queries, and keeping them informed of HR processes.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, HR best practices, and technological innovations to ensure the Corporate Center remains at the forefront of HR excellence.

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional HR experience
  • In-depth knowledge in Talent Development, Grading, Performance Management, understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential. Russian is a very desirable
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead new HR initiatives effectively
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems (SAP preferred)
  • Expertise in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
