Job description:
Group-Level Product Ownership
- Own the full lifecycle of Group AI platforms from intake to deployment and optimization.
- Define and maintain roadmaps for AI Gateway, Marketplace, Workbench in alignment with the Group AI strategy.
- Ensure model-agnostic, scalable, and secure product architecture across all platform products.
Cross-Entity Requirement Consolidation
- Collect and structure requirements from multiple Strategic Assets (PASHA Bank, PASHA Life, PASHA Insurance, Bir Ecosystem).
- Consolidate cross-entity needs into unified, reusable platform capabilities that prevent duplication.
- Drive Marketplace-driven reuse and standardized component adoption across the Group.
Backlog & Delivery Governance
- Manage Group-level product backlog and prioritize platform evolution based on strategic impact and business value.
- Define acceptance criteria, release standards, interoperability requirements, and quality gates for all platform releases.
- Oversee testing, validation, and release planning in close collaboration with AI Engineering teams.
Adoption & Value Realization
- Develop go-to-market and enablement strategies for platform rollout across Strategic Assets.
- Track KPIs including adoption, engagement, ROI, and efficiency gains across all platform products.
- Act as the central interface between OpCos and AI Engineering teams, ensuring transparent communication and feedback loops.
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in platform or enterprise software.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments across business units or entities.
- Strong understanding of AI platforms, APIs, orchestration layers, or developer ecosystems.
- Experience in regulated industries preferred (financial services, insurance, fintech).
- Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic roadmap and operational execution simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
