Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, or other analytical tools to support business decisions
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for data-driven decision making
- Participate in agile development processes to deliver solutions in a timely manner
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and identify trends
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks on data inputs and outputs
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and consistency across various data sources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, and contribute to the development of analytical processes and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or related discipline)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
- Proficiency in SQL and strong knowledge at least one scripting language such as Python or R
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data quality issues
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and their applications in business contexts
Preferred:
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their applications in business contexts
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and practices
- Relevant certifications
