Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Middle UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user experience and interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that meet user needs and align with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business analysts to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Develop and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. 
• Visualize and write requirements for micro animation.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design field.
• Experience with B2C projects.
• Experience with iOS and Material design guidelines.
• Master level with grids and layouts.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• English B1.
