Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies from A to Z to drive product awareness, adoption, and growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage go-to-market plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and promotion.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure marketing efforts align with product development and roadmap.
- Craft compelling marketing materials such as product brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and training materials.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing
- Working experience & proven track record of successful marketing, sales, retention campaigns
- Working experience in marketing communications and/or product development
- Knowledge/experience of digital marketing
- Knowledge in Google Analytics (GA4) including sales funnel setup, event tracking, and custom report configuration is an advantage
- Experience in evaluating advertising campaign effectiveness based on digital analytics data (e.g., source/medium performance, conversion attribution)
- Proven ability to drive growth of key metrics across digital sales channels (e.g., website conversion, CTR, engagement rate)
- Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
- Strong and proven stakeholder management skills
- Focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth

- Skills in GA4, Looker Studio or other digital analytics dashboards is an advantage
