Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead our omnichannel platform that integrates our website, mobile application, and corporate platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital development process, hands-on experience with analytics systems, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the omnichannel platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, analytics) to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Analyze and optimize key digital channel metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
- Oversee the end-to-end development process, from requirements gathering to product delivery.
- Apply Agile practices, with a strong understanding of both Scrum and Kanban frameworks, to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in product management or as a Product Owner, specifically with core systems or large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to align multiple departments and drive consensus on process changes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex migrations and inter-team collaborations.
- Strong knowledge of process and product metrics, with the ability to analyze and translate data into actionable improvements.
- Hands-on experience in leading a development team and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a strong track record in delivering large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strategic mindset focused on driving process automation and optimization.
Higher education in the direction of computer science is highly desirable
