PASHA Insurance is currently seeking for a Senior UX writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified UX content strategy across web and mobile products
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content style guide (tone of voice, microcopy patterns, component library)
• Craft and optimize interface text—buttons, tooltips, notifications, error messages, onboarding flows
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure content–design alignment
• Support usability tests and A/B experiments to evaluate text effectiveness
• Analyze user journeys, engagement metrics, and feedback to drive continuous content improvements
• Oversee accurate localization of content into Russian and English

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Content Writer or UX Writer, preferably in digital or financial services
• Experience with content management systems
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Written and verbal proficiency in English and Russian
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, UX/UI Design or a related field

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with content audits, usability testing protocols, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch or similar design tools, and documentation platforms (Confluence, Storybook)

Education -  Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, UX/UI Design or a related field

Language skills - Azerbaijani, English, Russian
