PASHA Insurance is currently seeking for a Senior UX writer.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a unified UX content strategy across web and mobile products
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content style guide (tone of voice, microcopy patterns, component library)
- Craft and optimize interface text—buttons, tooltips, notifications, error messages, onboarding flows
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure content–design alignment
- Support usability tests and A/B experiments to evaluate text effectiveness
- Analyze user journeys, engagement metrics, and feedback to drive continuous content improvements
- Oversee accurate localization of content into Russian and English
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Content Writer or UX Writer, preferably in digital or financial services
- Experience with content management systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Written and verbal proficiency in English and Russian
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, UX/UI Design or a related field
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with content audits, usability testing protocols, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch or similar design tools, and documentation platforms (Confluence, Storybook)
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, UX/UI Design or a related field
Language skills - Azerbaijani, English, Russian
