Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate with the Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria; 
  • Source applicants using various channels, (e.g. social platforms as LinkedIn and professional networks); 
  • Review job descriptions with the Hiring Managers and create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position; 
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references; 
  • Conduct the interview and selection procedures, including resume screening, screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews;   
  • Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline; 
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System; 
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders; 
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates; 
  • Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process. 

Requirements and skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management, MBA or physocology field; 
  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role; 
  • Good knowledge of MS Ofiice;  
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks; 
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates; 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; 
  • Analytical skills and ability sales skills; 
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; 
  • Fluent in three languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, English).
