Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria;
- Source applicants using various channels, (e.g. social platforms as LinkedIn and professional networks);
- Review job descriptions with the Hiring Managers and create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position;
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references;
- Conduct the interview and selection procedures, including resume screening, screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews;
- Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline;
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System;
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders;
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
- Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management, MBA or physocology field;
- Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role;
- Good knowledge of MS Ofiice;
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks;
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Analytical skills and ability sales skills;
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems;
- Fluent in three languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, English).
