Role Synopsis: Business Analytics will support CRM & Business Analytics Manager and collaborate with the investment, development, sales and marketing teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in data analysis and proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements related to CRM systems.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and understand customer demands and generate marketing initiatives best matching this demand and the segment of the product.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target demographics within the benchmark real estate sector and deduct implication for our portfolio.
- Benchmark our portfolio of residential properties vs market in terms of prices, unit mix, amenities etc., and make suggestions to adapt marketing activities and pricing.
- Support sales and marketing teams in budget preparation and monitor periodic performance.
- Support the design, launch and optimization of residential marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, analyze online and offline marketing channels and campaign performance, and collaborate with the marketing team in generating quality leads.
- Review relevant sales and marketing contracts, as well as agreements with global partners affecting direct functionality.
- Explore emerging trends and technologies to continuously enhance the way we present our properties.
- Identify a list of suppliers that can support sales and marketing activities and continuously monitor their performance.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards
- Perform all other reasonable job duties as assigned by managers.
Desired background:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, real estate, business or in a related field.
- Proven experience (min.2-3 years) working as a Business Analyst with a focus on sales & marketing.
Required skills:
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects to ensure timely deliverables
- Good organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage time and workload
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Proficient with advanced use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Business fluency in English and Azerbaijani required, Russian is a plus.
