Requirements
- Over 5–10 years of professional experience
- Experience in civil works and rough construction activities on-site
- Good command in AutoCAD, MS Office Applications.
- Experience in IPC control
- Experience in managing civil subcontractors
- Fluency in English, both technical and general
Responsibilities
- Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and direct the work of subcontractors engaged in the project.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for internal use.
- Review and verify reports submitted by subcontractors.
- Monitor progress throughout each phase of the project.
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld on-site.
- Supervise construction activities
- Manage logistics related to the supply chain
- Schedule and oversee work activities.
- Monitor the provision of materials to ensure timely availability.
- Ensure the quality of workmanship meets project standards.
