JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research, plan, design, and administer building projects, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials
- Determine functional and spatial requirements of new buildings or renovations, and prepare design specifications, material selections, color schemes, equipment layouts, estimated costs, and construction timelines
- Manage on-site fit-out design teams, direct and control subcontractors and application teams to ensure high-quality implementation
- Provide detail solutions for fit-out work using in-depth knowledge of materials and CAD-based design
- Plan and coordinate fit-out activities with attention to time management and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the overall work schedule and contract requirements
- Ensure project execution is in full compliance with approved layouts, technical specifications, and original contract terms
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ), tender documents, project-specific method statements, and related technical documentation
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports related to site architectural works
- Coordinate preparation and controlling of shop drawings and integrate engineering elements into architectural layouts for review and approval
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- Site architectural supervision, fit-out works, shop drawing coordination, CAD detailing, project documentation

- Minimum 7–10 years in site architecture roles with direct experience in fit-out supervision
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; working proficiency in English required
