Qualifications
- A 3–5 years of professional experience
- Experience in interdisciplinary coordination
- Experience in filing and archiving
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Ms Office Applications
- Proficiency in sketchup and rewit applications
- Knowledge of quantity surveying
- Fluency in both technical and general English
Requirements
- Research, plan, design, and administer building projects while applying expertise in design, construction procedures, zoning regulations, building codes, and materials.
- Determine functional and spatial requirements for new structures or renovations, preparing detailed information on design, specifications, materials, color schemes, equipment, estimated costs, and construction timelines.
- Develop project layouts and integrate engineering elements into unified design for review and approval.
