Job responsibilities
- Supervise the electrical installations on construction sites.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, codes, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams for proper execution
- Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure proper installation and workmanship quality
- Maintain site records including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and manpower data
- Identify site execution challenges and propose timely solutions
- Enforce on-site health and safety compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience, preferably in real estate.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
