Experience & Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of professional experience in electrical works
- Experience in hotel, residential, or commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office
- Familiar with Primavera and MS Project planning tools
- Experience in preparing method statements, shop drawings, and site test plans
- Good understanding of electrical testing, commissioning, and handover documentation
- Technical English (intermediate level or above)
- Strong knowledge of progress payment processes and quantity surveying in electrical works
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review electrical shop drawings and material submittals
- Ensure design compliance and coordination with site teams and consultants
- Monitor and report the progress of electrical subcontractors
- Support baseline schedule preparation and update for electrical works
- Conduct delay analysis and suggest corrective actions when necessary
- Review and validate subcontractor progress payment applications
- Monitor procurement timelines and technical compliance of electrical equipment
- Propose value engineering options and cost-effective solutions
- Participate in site inspections and commissioning processes
Preferred:
Knowledge of international electrical standards
