Role synopsis:

  • Junior ERP Specialist is responsible for processing data in ERP platform, providing technical assistance to ERP team and support end users for ERP related issues. This role involves troubleshooting problems, data management and end user support across the organization. Junior ERP Specialist will also assist in technical issues to ERP team. 

Key accountabilities:

  • Respond to ERP support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and provide timely and accurate assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic ERP related issues for end users.
  • Track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Consultation support for requirement gathering, configuration, test cycle support, customer training etc.
  • Creating new projects in system and mapping them to the required workflow responsibility
  • Set up new user accounts and manage access within the ERP.
  • Providing and restricting user access and checking for right system functionality
  • Adding new data to the system and updating them if required
  • Adding/Updating companies in CIW (Company Information Workbench) across the organization according to written procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to users on basic ERP functions.
  • Collaborate with other ERP team members on projects and technical initiatives.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ERP, or similar customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Finance, Technology and ERP solutions, as well as common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP support tools, ticketing systems, and remote troubleshooting tools.
  • Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A customer-focused attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, logical thinking, analytical analysis ability, basic financial knowledge
