Job description:
- The Learning & Development Lead is a hands-on learning architect and delivery owner responsible for designing, building, and evolving group-wide learning products from concept to impact. Operating in a complex, multi-layered organizational environment, the L&D Lead works closely with senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and external partners to develop multi-module learning journeys that are relevant, engaging, and measurable. This position requires a strong product development mindset, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to balance structured project management with experimentation and innovation in modern learning design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Program Design and Development
- Conduct learning needs analysis, stakeholder interviews, and qualitative/quantitative research to inform program design.
- Design and develop scalable, multi-module, group-wide learning products (programs, curricula, toolkits, frameworks, learning journeys) aligned with organizational priorities and future capability needs.
- Curate and integrate diverse learning formats (workshops, action learning, peer learning, digital content, experiential elements).
- Use data, feedback, and insights to refine learning products and demonstrate impact.Project Management & Execution
- Lead initiatives as structured projects, managing scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across functions and entities to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and content providers when required.Creative & Interdisciplinary Thinking
- Apply creative, systems, and interdisciplinary thinking into product development.
- Experiment with new learning approaches, formats, and technologies to continuously evolve the learning portfolio.
- Challenge conventional training models and propose innovative, learner-centric solutions.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to build projects from the ground up, owning end-to-end lifecycles from concept and design through implementation and iteration.
- Overall minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Education, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field.
- Exposure to adult learning principles, modern learning design practices, or learning experience design (formal or informal, digital or in-person).
- Proven capability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
