Experience & Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of professional experience in mechanical works
• Experience in hotel, residential, or mixed-use construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
• Familiar with Primavera and MS Project software
• Knowledge in preparing method statements, technical submittals, and site test procedures
• Technical English (intermediate level or above)
• Good understanding of progress payments and quantity take-offs in mechanical works

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare mechanical shop drawings and material submittals
• Coordinate mechanical designs with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines
• Monitor and report subcontractor performance and site progress
• Support the development and updates of the mechanical work schedule
• Conduct root cause analysis for delays and provide mitigation strategies
• Validate subcontractor payment claims based on actual progress
• Oversee material procurement and compliance with technical specs
• Participate in mechanical inspections and system commissioning
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in value engineering efforts

Preferred:

Knowledge of international mechanical standards
