Job Summary:

The Post Sales Manager is responsible for managing the full post-sales process from Sales Agreement signing through unit handover, fit-out coordination, and client move-in.

The role serves as the main point of contact for clients during snagging, handover, and leasing coordination, ensuring smooth communication between Sales, Development, Facility Management, and Leasing teams.

In addition, the position oversees Elite Card membership services, client engagement programs, and Elite Club operations to deliver a premium luxury customer experience and maintain long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

Handover Scope

  • After the Sales Agreement is signed, obtain the Sales Agreement from the Document Controller and ensure that both Sales and Service Agreements are signed by the client.
  • Contact clients to explain handover terms and timelines, fit-out requirements, and service fee payment schedules.
  • If the apartment requires snagging, agree on dates with the Development team and follow up to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct or supervise detailed inspections of units and common areas prior to handover.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for timely rectification of defects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during snagging and handover stages.
  • Provide reports to both the CCO and CDO regarding sold residence delivery dates.
  • Manage preparation of handover packs (keys, access cards, manuals, warranties, as-built drawings, etc.).
  • Be physically present at the handover event, hand over keys to the client, and together with the Facility Team explain facility usage terms.
  • Ensure the Facility Management team provides clients with clear fit-out terms and requirements.
  • During the fit-out period, ensure there are no delays from the Facility Management team in providing necessary information, documentation, and permits.
  • Upon move-in, formally hand over the client to the Facility Management Director/Team.
  • Act as the contact person for client inquiries regarding renting out their residence.
  • Obtain all necessary information for leasing purposes, provide the Leasing Coordinator with required documentation, and ensure smooth execution.

Elite Card Scope

  • Ensure the client receives the Elite Card and all necessary information about Elite Club membership privileges.
  • Maintain the database of all Luxury Property clients (Elite Club members).
  • Ensure Elite Club members receive celebration messages or gifts on special occasions (personally or through CRM).
  • Provide Elite Club/Card members with program updates, campaigns, and news.
  • Manage and run programming at the Elite Club (physical location).
  • Design experience programs together with Marketing and Facility teams and inform clients accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in luxury real estate, property handover, customer service or facility management
  • Strong knowledge of handover process, snagging procedures and fitout coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external contractors
  • Good reporting and organizational skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Professional presentation and client facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
