Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the preparation, development, and maintenance of quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety documentation in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Create and control quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, checklists, work instructions, and other system documents required for ISO implementation and maintenance.
- Establish and maintain a centralized document control system, ensuring all documentation is current, properly reviewed, and version-controlled.
- Coordinate with department heads and project teams to gather necessary data and ensure documentation reflects actual practices and project-specific requirements.
- Facilitate internal audits by preparing audit documentation, tracking non-conformities, and following up on corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the integrated management system (IMS) requirements across all departments.
- Support external audits by certification bodies and assist in preparing required documentation and reports.
- Provide training and guidance to project staff on ISO-related procedures and documentation use.
- Maintain a high standard of record-keeping, and ensure that all required evidence for ISO conformance is properly stored, traceable, and easily retrievable.
- Report to the QA/QC Manager or directly to the Project Director depending on organizational structure.
Desired background:
- The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution and have at least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance/documentation role within the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Candidates must demonstrate:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems)
- Strong ability to draft, organize, review, and manage documentation in line with ISO frameworks
- Familiarity with internal and external audit processes, non-conformity tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Attention to detail, high organizational skills, and a process-oriented mindset
- Effective communication and coordination skills to interact with various departments and external auditors
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001/14001/45001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor are highly desirable. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Prior experience in multinational environments or real estate/hospitality development projects is an advantage
