Role synopsis:
Real Estate Academy Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a structured corporate learning framework that aligns with business goals and workforce development needs. Success in this position requires a strong balance between strategy and execution, stakeholder engagement skills, and expertise in modern learning methodologies such as gamification, microlearning, and blended learning.
Key accountabilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business goals and workforce needs.
- Establish internal academy framework: Build the internal academy structure from the ground up, defining learning pathways, competency frameworks, and skills development programs.
- Leverage data for decision-making: Establish learning metrics, track program effectiveness, and utilize data oriented approach for planning.
- Manage learning platforms & technologies: Select and implement digital tools to facilitate efficient content delivery and learning experience.
- Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with leadership, HR, and department heads to identify skill gaps and needs analysis
- Innovate learning methods: Introduce modern learning approaches, including experiential learning, gamification, microlearning, and blended learning.
- Ensure compliance & quality assurance: Align learning programs with regulatory and industry standards
Required skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education management, Organizational Development, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years in leadership training and development, organizational development, or a similar HR role in a large corporate setting.
- Experience designing and implementing skills development and onboarding programs at scale.
