Key Accountabilities:
- Greeting and welcome all visitors, clients, and vendors promptly and courteously.
- Direct inquiries and visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments with clear communication.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to emails, and handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages, documents ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting reception area that upholds our Company’s professional standards.
- Coordinate scheduling and support administrative tasks as required, assisting various departments when necessary.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring the front desk and meeting rooms are well-stocked and equipped.
- Act as a liaison between visitors and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication flows.
- Support the administrative team in daily operations, providing assistance as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Desired background:
- Minimum 1 year in a Reception, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
