Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain bonus / incentive methodology, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market standards, and internal fairness principles.
- Lead the bonus / incentive calculation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to policy.
- Design and implement merit review methodology, driving pay-for-performance culture with transparent and equitable processes.
- Manage the merit review process, coordinating with HRBPs and Finance for budget alignment and process integrity.
- Own and execute the full job grading and career level processes, including evaluation, classification, and maintenance of roles and career frameworks to ensure fairness, consistency, and market alignment.
- Develop and maintain salary structures and pay scales. Conduct market salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and fair pay practices.
- Design employee benefits programs, balancing competitiveness and cost-efficiency.
- Own employee budgeting, working closely with Finance to forecast and monitor payroll expenses.
- Provide expert advice to business and HR teams on compensation, benefits, and a total reward strategy.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Drive continuous improvement in total rewards processes and communication, promoting transparency and employee understanding.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to reward system upgrades, HRIS, and organizational change.
- Prepare and present regular total reward reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Desired background:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a related HR function
- Proven experience in designing and managing bonus and merit review processes, including methodology development and execution
- Hands-on experience in job evaluation, grading frameworks, and career level design
- Demonstrated ability to analyze compensation data and perform benchmarking,
- Solid background in managing employee cost budgets, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, dashboards) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
