We are looking for an energetic, presentable, and confident team member to represent our luxury real estate projects and engage with international clients and investors at our international projects, Mandarin Oriental Bodrum and Portonovi Montenegro.

This is a short-term opportunity of 3 months, ideal for candidates looking to gain international experience in a luxury real estate environment, with a passion for sales, presentation, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present the luxury real estate project using the architectural scale model
• Communicate the project’s lifestyle concept, investment potential, and exclusive features
• Provide detailed information regarding layouts, amenities, pricing, and location advantages
• Build strong relationships with international clients, investors, and VIP guests
• Maintain luxury-level customer service standards and a professional appearance
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

Requirements:

• Professional appearance with a confident and presentable personality
• Fluent in English and Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
