Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using software tools like
- Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of project scope, resources, and timelines to identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare detailed project progress reports, variance analyses, and forecasting reports to inform stakeholders of project status, identify deviations from the plan, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor and track project progress against established schedules, milestones, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations or delays.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
- Reviewing baseline schedules received from contractors.
- Reviewing daily / weekly / monthly schedule updates received from contractors.
- Reviewing Time Extension Claims received from the contractors.
- Reviewing recovery schedules received from contractors.
- Preparation of delay analysis reports.
Desired background:
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Client/Developer side experience is preferable.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges.
- Ability to liaise and communicate with integrated multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
