Desired background:
- 5-10 years of professional experience
- Experience in hotel and similar projects
- Good command on AutoCAD, MS Office Applications
- Good command on Primavera, MS Project Applications
- Knowledge in preparing method statements and site test plans
- Technical English (intermediate level or above)
- Strong knowledge of progress payment processes and quantity applications
Key Accountabilities:
- Report and monitor the progress and productivity of the project and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain the baseline schedule for planned design, procurement, and construction activities
- Conduct delay analysis (if necessary)
- Review and control subcontractor progress payments
- Monitor expenses and propose cost-saving alternatives where possible
- Experience in hotel construction projects is preferable
