Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Write contracts and proposals following solicitation of clients to formally document agreements.
- Achievement of sales activities and all objectives outlined in the annual sales plan.
- Liaise with travel trade operators, wholesalers, travel agents, trade and consumer media on various travel trade cooperative programs and promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate and financially manage effective sales trips and appointments within assigned accounts.
- Utilize computer software applications to effectively track, solicit, book and follow up on accounts in a proactive manner.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality or a relevant field.
- 2-4 years’ work experience in this area
- Previous experience in Sales
- Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key business indicators and competitive trends
- Excellent selling capabilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Good in communications in English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages, written and verbal.
