Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle reminders.
- Organize business trips: travel bookings, visas, accommodations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and reference materials.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Handle document flow and approvals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a PA/Executive Assistant.
- Higher education.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English (spoken and written) — required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
