Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, budget) are in place prior to commencing work.
- Produces part(s) of total functional design specifications under supervision.
- Produces technical design specifications
- Preparation of detailed work packs and schedules.
- Executes work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems (Implementation, Test & Documentation)
- Support assigned engineer(s) to ensure they are able to meet the requirements of their work assignments.
- Monitors and controls assigned work scope against the project plan.
- Effectively communicates with customers to fully define and agree on project requirements.
- Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements within the engineering group
- Shares technical knowledge with the project team, supervisor, own discipline, and other engineering disciplines
- Reports progress and technical problems to the project and engineering supervisor.
- Assist in preparation of invoices, proposals and quotations.
- Assist in the compilation of monthly and quarterly management and technical reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field. (Automation Engineering, Control Engineer, Electrical / Electronic)
- Knowledge of English language (minimum B2)
- 3-5 years of experience as a project engineer in Maintenance or Construction
- Knowledge of reporting/documentation
