Working Pattern: Employee Contract / Full-time
As a Senior C&I Engineer, you will:
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for instrumentation systems related to flowline projects.
- Develop and review instrument specifications, data sheets, and drawings (e.g., hook-up diagrams, loop diagrams, cable schedules).
- Support the design and integration of instrumentation with flowline control systems, flow assurance monitoring tools, and safety systems.
- Manage and interface with vendors for instrumentation packages (e.g., pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, subsea instrumentation).
- Conduct technical bid evaluations and assist in procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, API, ISO), client specifications, and project requirements.
- Participate in HAZOPs, design reviews, and FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests).
- Provide technical support during construction, installation, commissioning, and start up phases.
- Interface with other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, process, and control systems.
- Maintain and update instrument documentation and support MOC (Management of Change) processes.

About You
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or relevant Engineering discipline.
- Proficient with instrumentation design tools and software (AutoCAD, AVEVA 3D).
- Professional certification (e.g., Chartered Engineer, ISA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience:
- Significant experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in oil & gas or subsea environments.
- Previous experience with subsea flowlines, control systems, and instrumentation in harsh environments.
- Involvement in flowline projects, particularly in flowline delivery systems (e.g., tiebacks, risers, umbilicals).
- Previous experience working with major energy operators or EPC contractors.
Competence:
- Strong understanding of field instrumentation and measurement technologies.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards (IEC 61508/61511, API 17F, NORSOK, ISO 13628, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage engineering deliverables within tight timelines with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective in multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments.
- Familiarity with project delivery models (EPC, EPCM) and stage gate processes.
