Our Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a lead, senior, or managerial sales role;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English is a plus;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements;
  • Understanding of programming technologies is an advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing enrollments;
  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly KPIs and conversion targets;

  • Address objections and provide tailored solutions to support candidate decision-making;
