Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of sales promoters and supervisors, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Oversee in-store displays, sales management, and maintenance of store image.
• Manage daily store product assortment and collect competitor information.
• Lead new product launches and handle retail-related tasks during major promotional campaigns.
• Execute and manage daily market training programs
• Should have work experience in Kontakt Home or Irshad or Baku electronics
• Brand Retail Strategy & Planning
• Train promoter about new products

Requiremenst

• Knowledge of English and Russian
