Key Responsibilities:

• Manage visa applications for various countries and ensure all procedures are followed accurately
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting complete and correct documentation
• Provide timely and accurate information on visa requirements and processes
• Ensure all applications are submitted on time and in accordance with embassy regulations
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa services
• Strong knowledge of visa application procedures and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani (required); English and Russian are a plus
• High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
