Job Location: PITS Azerbaijan Office located at AF Business House, 203 Nizami St, Baku 1010, Azerbaijan 

Working Days and Hours: 40 hours/weekly, 5 days/weekly, 17:00-02:00 Baku time (or 09:00-18:00 New York time zone)

Agreement Type and Pay: Service agreement with the USA office, 2000-4000 AZN (NET).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled, smart, and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on digital marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, including expertise in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, SEO content writing, and website development. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of at least five people, ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of SEO content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Lead website development projects, ensuring an optimal user experience and effective conversion rates.
  • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staff, control, train, monitor performance, and motivate the team.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual reports on marketing performance and progress.
  • Develop the current marketing situation and generate leads for the business.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Be pushy and persistent in achieving marketing goals and targets.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition and continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Focus on marketing efforts for the US and European markets.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several digital projects and the teams engaged in these processes.
  • Possess technical knowledge to build and train teams, conduct research, and guide continuous improvement.
  • Report to top management on marketing budget and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, SEO content writing, and website development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of at least five people.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work night shifts (17:00 - 02:00 Baku Time).
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Smart, proactive, and persistent in achieving goals.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several digital projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Technical knowledge to build and train teams, conduct research, and guide improvements.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
