Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, L&D, and performance management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HR software, and Excel.
- Proven ability in performance management frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to talent strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with HR best practices related to recruitment and employee development.
