Key Accountabilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests;
  • Provide visitors with required information;
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and organization;
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email;
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
  • Report work-related information and problems to management.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • High school degree;
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in related fields;
  • Good command of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages, both written and verbal; ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, and accurately;
  • Computer skills, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Info:

  • Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 2 shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 10:00–19:00;
  • We offer health insurance;
  • Lunch is provided;
  • Salary: 750 AZN (net).
