Key Accountabilities:
- Greet and welcome guests;
- Provide visitors with required information;
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and organization;
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email;
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
- Report work-related information and problems to management.
Required Skills/Experience:
- High school degree;
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in related fields;
- Good command of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages, both written and verbal; ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, and accurately;
- Computer skills, particularly Excel and Word;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Info:
- Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 2 shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 10:00–19:00;

- Salary: 750 AZN (net).
