Role Summary: Responsible for overall management of the GIS survey project, coordination of all teams, and acting as the main point of contact with the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all GIS, GPR, QA/QC, and field inspection teams.
- Act as primary interface with the client and stakeholders.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, budget, risks, and quality.
- Approve technical workflows and standards.
- Resolve operational and technical issues.
- Report project status to management and customer.
Requirements:
- Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in GIS or surveying projects, 3+ in management.
- Strong knowledge of ESRI Enterprise, Server, Field Maps, Survey123, ArcGIS Pro.
- Experience managing large field teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
