Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns and other sources;
- Present company projects, pricing, and payment options to potential buyers;
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build trust and close deals;
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing;
- Keep accurate and updated records in the CRM system;
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets;
- Prepare sales reports and update management on progress;
- Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, open house events, and client meetings;
- Support the sales of the project by working directly with potential clients, presenting the project and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred);
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate or construction experience is an advantage);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Confident, well-presented, and customer-oriented;
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems;
- English language skills (preferred).
