Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns and other sources;
  • Present company projects, pricing, and payment options to potential buyers;
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build trust and close deals;
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing;
  • Keep accurate and updated records in the CRM system;
  • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets;
  • Prepare sales reports and update management on progress;
  • Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, open house events, and client meetings;
  • Support the sales of the project by working directly with potential clients, presenting the project and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred);
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate or construction experience is an advantage);
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Confident, well-presented, and customer-oriented;
  • Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems; 
  • English language skills (preferred).
