About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and persuasive Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our flagship residential project, responsible for converting interest into ownership. You will manage the entire sales journey, ensuring a premium experience for every potential buyer while consistently hitting ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact and qualify incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns and various lead-generation channels.
- Deliver high-impact presentations of our projects, highlighting unique selling points, pricing structures, and flexible payment plans tailored to client needs.
- Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with prospective clients to build long-term trust and facilitate the closing process.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from the initial inquiry and property tours to high-level negotiation and contract signing.
- Ensure all client interactions, lead statuses, and sales data are accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive project success.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide regular progress updates to the management team.
- Represent the company and support marketing initiatives, including real estate exhibitions and exclusive client meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales; experience in the real estate or construction sector is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a persuasive edge.
- Confident, well-presented, and deeply committed to a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and a foundational understanding of CRM systems.
- Fluency in English (not mandatory).
