- Handle visa arrangements and registration procedures for foreign employees and guests.
- Conduct training for clerical staff and monitor the accuracy of document flow.
- Coordinate the activities of administrative staff to support smooth and optimized company operation
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in administrative management or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and state regulations on document flow.
- Familiarity with archiving systems and document storage regulations.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making mindset.
- Proactive, initiative-taking, and detail-oriented.
