Head of Marketing division

We are entering our next phase of growth, and we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategy, commercial intelligence, branding, and external engagement. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding market reach, and building long-term brand equity across a diverse portfolio of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Develop and lead marketing strategies across domestic and international markets.
  • Identify new product opportunities and value-added solutions for all product lines (cotton fiber, yarn, oil, seed, meal, and waste).
  • Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and cross-functional business objectives (Sales, Finance, Production, Logistics, Planning).

Market Intelligence & Commercial Insights

  • Build and scale market intelligence capabilities to monitor trends, pricing, competition, and sector shifts.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time decision-making.
  • Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations for investment, pricing, product positioning, and market entry.

Commercial Enablement

  • Partner with sales to drive customer acquisition, retention, and large account growth.
  • Optimize pricing strategies, product positioning, and brand development to support profitability.
  • Support development of new distribution channels, partnerships, and customer-facing initiatives.

Brand, PR & External Relations

  • Lead corporate communications, PR, and media strategy to build a strong, respected brand locally and internationally.
  • Serve as the external face of Prime Cotton in industry forums, trade associations, and government engagement.
  • Ensure consistent, strategic messaging across all channels and stakeholder groups.

Team Leadership

  • Build, coach, and retain a high-performing marketing team.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, agility, and commercial excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in agribusiness, commodities, FMCG, or textiles.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing international marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in commercial strategy, pricing, branding, and customer insights.
  • Experience managing external communications, PR, and stakeholder relations.
  • Fluent in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is a plus).
