We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for our showroom focused on foreign projects. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, supporting the sales team with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
- Manage reception area, mail, and deliveries
- Assist with meeting scheduling and bookings
- Provide information and guide clients to the right team members
- Support administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
- Handle inquiries and requests politely and efficiently
Required Skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance & friendly attitude
- Organizational & multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling)
- Customer service–oriented approach
- Languages: Azerbaijani & Russian (English is an advantage)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree diploma (minimum)
- Prior experience in reception, customer service, or sales support is a plus
