We’re looking for a hands-on Middle System Engineer who enjoys building, maintaining, and improving real-world IT environments. This role is at the heart of daily operations, ensuring productivity, stability, and security across the company.

What You’ll Do:

Cloud & Identity

• Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Administer Azure Entra ID (users, groups, MFA, conditional access)
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and access control
• Improve cloud security and identity policies

User Support & Devices

• Level 1–2 helpdesk support
• Manage company laptops (Windows required, macOS/Linux advantage)
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, software, and connectivity issues
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation

Virtualization & Infrastructure

• Maintain Proxmox-based virtualization environment
• Monitor VMs, storage, backups, and system health
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting

​​​​​​​Office Tech & Security

• Manage office CCTV systems
• Maintain access control devices (fingerprint & Face ID)
• Ensure reliable operation of physical security systems

​​​​​​​What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of System Engineer / System Administrator experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 & Azure Entra ID skills
• Solid Windows administration experience
• Proxmox virtualization knowledge
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, VLAN, IP addressing)
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• macOS and/or Linux administration
• Backup, monitoring, or endpoint management tools
• CCTV or access control systems experience
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
