Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for IT and cybersecurity services
- Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships
- Manage and expand existing client partnerships while analyzing their needs
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and business documentation
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in international and local tenders, supporting proposal submissions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or business development is required
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both spoken and written) and good proficiency in Russian is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with procurement documentation and e-tender.gov.az portal
- Knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT and cybersecurity procurement
