Job Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis supporting project-level budget development and review reporting;
• Complete final review and analysis of all financial statements to verify overall accuracy and ensure compliance with relevant standards;
• Provide monthly management reports for Executive leadership teams;
• Analyze quarterly capital spending vs. budgeted and forecasted spending;
• Develop and implement financial models, tools, and processes to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions;
• Actively support the implementation and tracking of all cost reduction programs;
• Support the annual examination with internal and/or external auditors;
• Conduct scenario analysis to identify optimal strategies;
• Benchmark financial and operational performance against best practices;
• Prepare consolidated financial statements;
• Provide guidance and support to team members on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis matters.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration;
• At least 2+ years of relevant work experience (reporting or consulting experience is a plus; experience in Big4/Big10 companies is an advantage);
• ACCA (minimum FA, FR, FM) or CFA (Level 1) is a must;
• Analytical thinking skills;
• Strong oral and written English skills (Russian is an advantage);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Power BI or SQL is an advantage).
